1. Contractors fulfilling the conditions for participation in the procedure may apply for this contract, in the scope of: 1.1. Technical or professional capacity. The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor fulfils the condition of participation in the indicated scope if the Contractor demonstrates that: 1.1.1. has carried out within the last (3) three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, and in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he shall also carry out: at least 2 (two) projects implementing or maintaining the PKI systems, with a value of not less than PLN 200 000,00 gross (in words: two hundred thousand PLN 00/100). 1.1.2. has the following persons, which will be directed by the Contractor to carry out the contract, with adequate professional qualifications and which enable the performance of the contract at the appropriate quality level, i.e. 1 (one) person who has participated in at least two implementations of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) based on the functionality of the CA/RA class; implemented with high availability (HA) .
