Refurbishment of the entry to the Service Room of the Delegation of the Administration and Civil Affairs Office at the Wawer District Office at 1 Żeganska Street

The subject of the contract is works involving the renovation of the entrance to the service room of the Department of Administration and Civil Affairs at the Wawer District Office at 1 Żegańska Street, including: 1) Dismantling of existing walls, floors, glass doors and vestibule roofs, 2) Dismantling of a fragment of an area wall covered with granite tiles, 3) Dismantling of a pedestrian fragment from concrete pavements, 4) Making a new external and inner locksmith, 5) Making a new vestibule roof, 6) Making a new floor in the vestibule, 7) Making a new system ceiling suspended, 8) Painting of interior walls, 9) Painting of an existing external steel roof structure, 10) Making decorative wall claddings in the form of wooden laminates, 11) Making sheetwork and roof coverings, 12) Delivery and assembly of a new electric heater, 13) Delivery and assembly of an external bench made of concrete, 14) Making a fragment of a new pavement made of concrete pavements (50x50 cm) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 1 to the WWZ.
