Pri vrednotenju merila ponudbene cene se določi relativno razmerje med najnižjo ponudbeno ceno v EUR z DDV (Cmin) in ponudbeno ceno ocenjevanega ponudnika v EUR z DDV (Cp), izračunano na sledeči način: C = 90 x (Cmin / Cp).
- Usposobljenost kadra10%
Pri tem merilu se upoštevajo reference nominiranega kadra (inženir in tehnik), nominiranega na podlagi pogoja iz točke 8.2.2., podtočka 3., ki v zadnjih treh (3) letih pred rokom za prejem ponudb izkazujejo izvedeno vzdrževanje ali namestitev in zagon merilne opreme proizvajalcev Robotina, Moxa in PULS. Upoštevane bodo ustrezne reference nominiranega kadra, ki bodo navedene na obrazcu Seznam referenc nominiranega kadra (OBR-6). V primeru imenovanja več inženirjev oziroma tehnikov bo naročnik upošteval samo reference osebe, ki bo izkazovala največ izvedenih referenčnih poslov. Pri vrednotenju merila usposobljenosti kadra se vrednotijo reference posameznega nominiranega kadra (inženirja ali tehnika), pri čemer se posamezni kader upošteva samo enkrat, tako da ponudnik prejme: - 5 točk – za eno (1) do dve (2) referenci nominiranega kadra; - 10 točk – za tri (3) ali več referenc nominiranega kadra.
