1. The object of the contract is to renew for 12 months 1000 Omnissa Workspace ONE Desktop Essentials license and 250 Omnissa Workspace ONE Mobile Essentials license or equivalent solution along with technical assistance in Polish. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’, is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the Design Contractual Provisions (PPUs), which constitute Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 3. In accordance with Article 257(1), The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it.

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie na 12 miesięcy 1000 licencji Omnissa Workspace ONE Desktop Essentials oraz 250 licencji Omnissa Workspace ONE Mobile Essentials lub rozwiązania równoważnego wraz z asystą techniczną w języku polskim. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”, został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umownych (PPU), stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
