What the buyer wants
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the renewal of the support of web application firewalls and loadbalancer manufacturers F5, Inc., which are implemented in the environment of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. The current status of the F5 is described in Annex 4 ZD - The current status of the F5. Within the subject of the VZ, the supplier will provide the manufacturer's support for all HW and SW parts of the F5, to at least the following extent: (a) ensuring free online access and authorisation to use the current version of the SW part of the F5, i.e. ensuring upgrades and corrective versions of the SW part of the F5, including access to the knowledge base, documentation and new versions of the SW in mode 24 / 7; (b) solution of F5 defects in mode 24 / 7 in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 to the ZD - Proposal for a contract, Annex 5 to the ZD - Supplier's price offer.
