What the buyer wants
The contracting authority will not divide the procurement into lots because the object of the public contract is computers that function functionally together or are necessary for achieving the same objective. The tender must be submitted under the conditions set out in the procurement documents. The object of the contract is the rental of computers that meet the conditions set out in the Technical Specifications for 48 (forty-eight) months with transport and warranty services. The contract shall be awarded to one successful tenderer. Tenders shall be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. In the event of equal results of the evaluation, the contracting authority shall give preference to the tenderer who submitted the tender first by date and time in the public procurement register. A contracting authority has the right to reject tenders pursuant to the provisions of § 115 and § 116 of the PPrA.
