   The purpose of the public procurement is to enter into a framework contract for ordering maintenance works and user support of the Translation Gateway software under the conditions set out in the procurement source documents. The estimated value of the framework contract for the contract period is €1,000,000 and the maximum possible total value is €3,000,000 excluding VAT for a period of up to 48 months (or up to the maximum volume) from the date of signature of the contract. Public procurement results in a framework contract with one service provider. The works that are the object of the contract are ordered according to the conditions set out in the source documents. Works contracted under the framework contract include, in particular: 1. software maintenance on a monthly basis; 2. software development works contracted on an hourly basis; 3. user support services on a monthly basis; and 4. partner and user consultation services on an hourly basis. A framework contract shall not oblige the contracting authority to order works on the basis of the framework contract for a monthly fee or on the basis of an hourly rate on the basis of budgetary resources, other resources or, where appropriate, the framework contract. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification criteria: See procurement source documents
