see Appendix "Conditions of Participation - Eligibility Criteria", which must be completed in full: The annual turnover from the last three financial years (2025, 2024, 2023) as well as the turnover in the field of activity of the contract (SAP-integrated requirements platform) must be specified. In the case of a consortium of tenderers, the total turnover of each member per financial year shall be added and the sum shall be indicated per financial year.

See Appendix "Conditions of Participation - Eligibility Criteria", which must be completed in full: Minimum requirement: Indicate at least 3 references of comparable services provided. The references shall relate to contracts corresponding in nature and volume to the content of the contract put out to tender. Please note that the University Hospital of Saarland cannot be specified as a reference provider. The references indicated shall correspond to the volume and scope of the present call for tenders. For each nominated reference, the name and address of the contracting authority/entity, the contact person with contact details, the place where the service is provided and the period of service. In addition, the tenderer shall indicate whether it has performed the service as main contractor, as a member of a group of tenderers or as a subcontractor. Finally, the tenderer must indicate the scope of the services provided in its own establishment. In the case of a grouping of tenderers, it must be clear which reference project is to be assigned to which member of the grouping of tenderers. Members' reference projects meeting minimum requirements shall be included in the group of tenderers. The contracting entity reserves the right to check this information. If the above minimum requirements are not met, the tenderer shall be excluded from the procurement procedure

See Appendix "Terms of Participation - Eligibility Criteria", which must be completed in full: Minimum requirements: -Certifications: The bidder must prove that he has the following valid certifications at the time of submission of the offer (minimum requirements) - only for patient data, the cloud provider must have a C5 certificate. Tenderers may first submit a self-declaration of the existence of such certifications. The contracting entity reserves the right to request proof of the actual existence of the certifications from the tenderers later in the procedure and before the award of the contract.
