Technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit - Der Bewerber muss eine Pflichtreferenz eines Netzbetreibers der Sparten Strom, Gas, Wasser oder Fernwärme nachweisen. In dieser einen Kundenreferenz müssen die Leistungsbausteine MOBIL, DISPO, PROZESS-BAU, SAP-SCHNITT, GIS-SCHNITT und GIS-KARTE als integrierte On-Premise- oder Cloud-Lösung abgebildet sein. Der Nachweis darf nicht aus mehreren Kundenreferenzen zusammengesetzt werden. Dienstleisterportal (DL-PORTAL) und DMS-Anbindung (DMS-SCHNITT) sind für die Pflichtreferenz nicht erforderlich. Die SAP-Schnittstelle ist nicht auf SAP S/4HANA begrenzt.

Die sechs Leistungsbausteine müssen zum Ablauf der endgültigen Frist zur Einreichung der Teilnahmeanträge seit mindestens zwölf Monaten durchgehend gemeinsam als integrierte Lösung produktiv genutzt werden. Etwaige Verlängerungen der Teilnahmefrist sind zu be-rücksichtigen. Dieser Zeitpunkt wird nachfolgend als Stichtag bezeichnet. Bewerber, die diese Mindestanforderung nicht erfüllen, werden im weiteren Verfahren nicht berücksichtigt.

Der Bieter bestätigt, dass er bzw. seine Lösung die Mindestanforderungen, erwähnt im Kapitel 2 des Informationsmemorandum und in in den weiteren Mindestanforderungen des TA 10 erfüllen kann.

Das Unternehmen verfügt über ein durch eine akkreditierte Zertifizierungsstelle zertifiziertes Informationssicherheits-Managementsystem (ISMS) nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 in der jeweils gültigen Fassung oder einem gleichwertigen Standard.

An integrated solution of all eight power modules is not necessary. The SAP interface is evaluated independently of the SAP version. The productive use and the periods of use of each ticked service component must be traceable from the project description. Submission of further references is not a minimum requirement. Operation on infrastructure in the reference customer’s own data center is not considered a cloud solution, even if it is virtualized. Both bonuses can be achieved together. The cloud bonus requires the productive use of at least one power component rated in this reference. No bonus points are awarded for a reference without an evaluable performance component.
