1. The object of the contract is the construction of a video surveillance system in the Municipality of Masłów, carried out as part of the task of “Safe Municipality of Masłów – construction of video monitoring”. The scope of the order includes in particular the delivery, assembly, commissioning and configuration of a complete CCTV IP video monitoring system, including the execution of 29 monitoring points located in the Municipality of Masłów, along with the necessary technical infrastructure, power supply installation, active devices, cameras, enclosures and assembly elements. As part of the order, the Centre for Registration and Supervision should also be constructed and equipped in the building of the Office of the Municipality of Masłów, including the supply and installation of equipment for the reception, recording and storage of the image, and the configuration and operation of the entire system. The scope of the contract also includes the execution of the necessary measurements and tests, the preparation of implementing and implementing documentation, the implementation of the required arrangements and the transmission of a complete, efficient and ready-to-use monitoring system to the Contracting Authority. Within the framework of the order, 16 pieces of information boards concerning the operation of video surveillance in the Municipality of Masłów, together with supporting constructions (stops), fixing elements and necessary work related to their transport, placement and assembly in locations indicated by the Ordering Authority, should also be performed, delivered and installed. The plates shall be executed in accordance with the requirements set out in the Description of the object of the order. The contractor should have its own alarm monitoring station and its own video surveillance station, allowing 24/7 reception, monitoring and handling of alarm signals and images from the systems covered by the monitoring service. The contractor shall be obliged to bring directly to each of the designed monitoring points of the fixed fibre link, ensuring the correct transmission of data between the monitoring points and the Centre for Registration and Supervision. The contractor shall, in his own right, make all necessary arrangements with the telecommunications service provider or distributor, in particular as regards the technical capability of connection, the conditions and manner of connection, the equipment required, the charges and other costs associated with the provision and operation of the connection. In the price of the offer The Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs associated with the execution, delivery, commissioning and proper operation of fibre optic links necessary to achieve the complete and fully functional object of the order. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the completeness and proper operation of the telecommunications infrastructure necessary for the proper functioning of the monitoring system, regardless of the scope of the activities or arrangements required by the telecommunications service provider
