Service of manufacturing, delivery and maintenance of an information system promoting dynamic and static passenger information, together with the management of electronic media presenting it.

1) The subject of the order together are: 1. Delivery of the WTP Central Passenger Information System (cSIP), consisting of at least: (a) a central application publishing scheduled data in GTFS/Netex format, promoting passenger content and supervising e-ink passenger information carriers, (b) an application modeling the arrival of WTP vehicles from public transport stops and presenting it on e-ink carriers and publishing vehicle location data in GTFS-RT/SIRI format, and which will meet at least the following travel needs: - providing easy access to timetables and routes; - providing quick information on delays, changes or failures; - providing intuitive and unambiguous dynamic and static stop information (offline and online). In addition, the system will enable: - quick update of stop information in case of changes in bus or tram lines; - quick and mass update of timetables in case of changes; - presentation of additional information (notices, warnings) on vehicles- used by ZTM, including at all or selected stops (via electronic array system). 2. Maintaining the performance of the software provided. 3. Providing support and warranty services for a period of 60 months from the receipt of the software. 2) The Contracting Authority requires employment under the employment contract referred to in Article 95(1) of the Act Pzp during the entire period of implementation of the Subject of the Order: Project Manager - according to the provisions of § 6 of the draft Agreement. 3) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the scope of the works and their implementation is set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement and Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract.
