SERVICE OF STRENGTHENING AND DEVELOPMENT OF GDAN EDUCATION PLATFORM

1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEEDING: In terms of technical or professional capacity, the Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that within the last 3 years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, he has duly completed at least one contract involving the provision of technical assistance/technical support/maintenance services along with development services, for a minimum period of 24 months for a total amount of at least PLN 4 000 000,00 gross, for a system for the operation and management of educational units, consisting of at least modules or subsystems for: 1) teaching process support (e.g. planning of school organisation, supervision of the teaching process), 2) financial area service – accounting. 2. To confirm that the Contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure The Contracting Authority shall require the following documents: 1) LIST OF SERVICES/SUPPLIES (Annex to SWZ) performed, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits also performed, during the period indicated in the condition in Chapter VI. SWI and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, together with their values, subject matter, execution dates and entities for which the services/deliveries have been performed or are carried out; 2) REASONS for determining, the services/deliveries listed in the statement (Annex to the WWZ) have been performed or are executed duly.
