The town of Liptovský Mikuláš is implementing the project "Smart life and services" in Liptovský Mikuláš, which is a key initiative for the creation of the Integrated Service Platform (IPS) as a central pillar of digital city management. The project responds to data fragmentation in separate systems and the absence of a single digital channel for citizens. The aim is to link urban services, organisations and citizens to a single digital environment.
The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and integration of a complex set of software, application and technological solutions, including hardware components, which will enable the town of Liptovský Mikuláš to build the Integration Service Platform (IPS) and provide digital services to the residents.
The solution will include: ♦ Integration platform of services (IPS) ♦ Central core for collecting, managing, processing, connecting data and analytics ← Module Public Transport Management System ♦ Registration of stops, vehicles, travel authorisations 🙂 Module Service system ♦ Central system registration of inputs, reservations, capacities and utilization of urban operations 🙂 Module Mobile application management ♦ CMS tool for managing the content, structure and design of the mobile application without interference with the code ♦ Per capita mobile application ♦ Native iOS/Android application with Contum per capita (IAM), communities, incentives, polls, participatory budget ♦ Module Data and information management system with the City Portal including 10 electronic forms of living (including 5 most used e-formulárs of living situations integrated with the IPPSS) module City web portal with the per capita, electronic forms and living situations of the city, including the city portal for the city's portal, the module Web for visitors, the single tourist portal with the interactive user, and the access to the Internet and the Internet. <![CDATA[Lehota dodania predstavuje dobu, v ktorej sa uchádzač zaväzuje dodať a odovzdať verejnému obstarávateľovi celý predmet zákazky v súlade s opisom predmetu zákazky, zmluvnými podmienkami a ostatnými požiadavkami uvedenými v súťažných podkladoch. Lehota dodania sa uvádza v celých kalendárnych dňoch. Lehota dodania začína plynúť odo dňa nadobudnutia účinnosti zmluvy. Lehota dodania bude uvedená v Návrhu na plnenie kritérií. Počet bodov za kritérium K2 sa vypočítava podľa vzorca: Kritérium K2=(najkratšia hodnotená lehota dodania)/(hodnotená lehota dodania hodnoteného uchádzača ) x 40 bodov Najkratšia hodnotená lehota dodania z predložených ponúk získa 40 bodov. Ostatným ponukám bude pridelený počet bodov pomerne podľa uvedeného vzorca. Verejný obstarávateľ určuje: Minimálna hodnotená lehota dodania: 300 kalendárnych dní Maximálna prípustná lehota dodania: 570 kalendárnych dní Ak uchádzač uvedie lehotu dodania dlhšiu ako 570 kalendárnych dní, jeho ponuka nebude spĺňať požiadavky verejného obstarávateľa na predmet zákazky. Ak uchádzač uvedie lehotu dodania kratšiu ako 300 kalendárnych dní, na účely vyhodnotenia ponúk sa bude počítať s hodnotou 300 kalendárnych dní.
