The following references must be submitted: - three comparable reference objects via the Software Assurance of MS licenses for public or private clients within the last 3 years - A reference must contain comparable license types (Microsoft 365 E5/F5, Copilot, Windows RDS) and similar quantities. (according to Appendix I.1 Self-declaration of suitability point 7) This criterion is exclusion criterion.
- Entry for the existing liability insurance at least for the period of realization of the advertised service. It must have a coverage of at least 3 million. EUR flat-rate for personal and property damage with min. 2-fold annual maximization (according to Appendix I.1 self-declaration of suitability point 5c) This criterion is an exclusion criterion. The abovementioned evidence shall be provided by the tendering community as a whole in the case of an application as a tendering association.
- Information that all employed employees are duly registered with a statutory or private health insurance (according to Annex I.1 Self-declaration on suitability point 5b) - Information on compliance with the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG) (according to Annex I.1 Self-declaration on suitability point 5f) - Information on compliance with the requirements of the Supply Chain Care Duty Act (LkSG) (according to Annex I.1 Self-declaration on suitability point 5h) The evidence referred to above shall be provided by each member of the tendering group in the case of an application as a tendering group. - Information on ensuring German-language support (according to Appendix I.1 Self-declaration on suitability point 5d) - Information on proof of authorization for Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) (according to Appendix I.1 Self-declaration on suitability point 5e) All criteria listed are exclusion criteria.
