Tenderers shall have fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes, duties and payroll tax.

Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

See the tender documentation point 12.3. Documentation requirements: * Accounts for the last three fiscal years * Credit rating * A description of the group and ownership structure. * Any parent company guarantee if relevant.

Tenderers shall have relevant experience with the delivery of a system solution that covers the six core functions across the three time dimensions requested in the OneTrack system.

* Production planning (long-term and short-term planning) * Transition from short-term planning to operative operations * Handling planned and operative deviations (disruption management).

Tenderers shall document sufficient capacity and flexibility to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers shall have an established and documented information security management system (ISMS).

See the tender documentation point 12.6. Documentation requirements: * ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISAE 3000 or equivalent documentation. * Description of the ISMS, including: * risk management * cyber security * Event Handler * training * Continuity and stand-by work * handling vulnerability etc.

Tenderers shall have an established and documented quality management system that forms the basis for the delivery.
