Supply and installation of ICT equipment in schools in Attica Region

The purpose of the contract is the supply and where required by the technical specifications, the installation of ICT equipment in Computer Labs of School Units General and Vocational Secondary Education of Regional Units: 1st Athens, 2nd Athens, 3rd Athens, 4th Athens, Piraeus, East Attica and Western Attica of the Region of Attica, to enhance the use of digital technology during teaching in Secondary Education. The procurement includes ICT equipment related to meeting the needs of digital technology use at all stages of the educational process, so that the school can cope with the technologically evolving education and training requirements required by modern times. The specific needs arose following a recording of needs carried out by the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Attica. In particular, with the implementation of this project, the supply of ICT equipment will be carried out in items and quantities, as listed in the following Table: A/A ICT supply items in IT laboratories of General and Vocational Secondary Education Total Items 1 Computer lab small 178 2 Computer lab large 361 3 VR laboratory small 10 Subspecies recommended by IT laboratories and the laboratory VR respectively are: • Computer Laboratory small: 7 computers, 1 server, 1 black and white multimachine A4, 7 headphones • Computer Laboratory large: 12 computers, 1 server, 1 black and white multimachine A4, 12 headphones • VR Laboratory small: 8 glasses During the implementation of the project, the Contractor will undertake to deliver all requested ICT equipment, in kind and quantity, as listed in the Annex I and with minimum technical specifications reflected in the compliance tables set out in Annex III, the IT laboratories of the General and Vocational Secondary Education units of the Region of Attica of Annex IX to this Declaration. The final list of school units will be given to the Contractor immediately after the contract is signed, as there may be changes in the status of the school units. Also, if there is a change in the operational status (merger, suspension, abolition, etc.) of some of the school units of destination of the equipment during the contract, then the Contracting Authority reserves the right to appoint other school units to be replaced. The items to be supplied are classified under the following codes in the Common Public Procurement Dictionary (CPV): 3020000-1 Computer equipment & supplies. SECTION 1: estimated value 2,169,387,10 € more VAT 24%. The delivery quantities per section are as follows: INFORMATION LABORATORY SMALL LABORATORY FOR VR SMALL LABORATORY SECTION 1 79 109 0 Special offers are submitted for one or more departments. Tenders shall be accepted only under the terms of this Declaration and for all types of equipment per segment. Offers that are vague, unreachable or subject to or part of the requested species and quantities and alternative offers are not accepted and rejected as inadmissible. The duration of the contract is set at 12 (12) months from the signature of the contract. During this period of execution of the contract, the contractor shall take into account the days and hours of operation of the school delivery units of the equipment. Detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given in the ANNEX I of this Declaration. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best value-quality relationship.
