Supply, implementation and integration of CIS with AI component, purchase of computer equipment and remote patient monitoring system

The contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the business is shorter, he/she has duly executed or executes: (a) at least 3 (three) orders each consisting of the supply, implementation and commissioning of the Clinical Information System (CIS) system or of an equivalent clinical computer system dedicated to intensive care units and/or operating blocks in a medicinal facility, each of which must have included: (1) implementation of at least 10 CIS (beds) systems, (2) integration with at least one hospital IT system of the HiS, LIS or PACS class, (3) integration with medical equipment (at least cardiomonitors or respirators or infusion pumps), (4) training for medical staff, (5) reception without reservation by a copy of the receipt or references. (b) at least 1 (one) contract from among those referred to in point (a) which included the implementation of the CIS in at least 50 positions (beds) in one medicinal entity.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates that he has or will have the following persons to carry out the contract: (a) Project Manager – 1 person with a higher education and at least 3 years of experience in managing implementation projects of IT systems in medicinal entities, which has managed at least 2 completed projects implementing the HiS or CIS system, completed without reservation. (b) CIS implementation specialist – at least 2 persons, each with a higher education and at least 2 years of experience in the implementation of CIS or HIS IT systems in medicinal agents, each of whom participated in at least 1 completed CIS implementation. (c) Integration specialist – at least 1 person with a technical education and experience in the implementation of at least 2 IT system integration projects using the HL7 protocol in medicinal entities, including at least 1 project including integration with medical equipment.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if he demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and if the duration of the business is shorter, within that period, he has duly performed or executed: (a) at least 3 (three) contracts, each consisting of the supply, installation, start-up and implementation of the patient telemonitoring system in the medicinal subject, each involving a total of: 1) delivery and commissioning of at least 10 sets for remote patient monitoring, 2) implementation of the IT platform for patient supervision, 3) integration with the IT system of the BIS or equivalent medicinal entity, 4) reception confirmed by the reception or referral protocol. the medicinal product. (b) at least 1 (one) of the orders referred to in point (a) which included the supply and commissioning of at least 20 remote monitoring kits in one medicinal product.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, within that period, he has duly executed or executes: (a) at least 3 contracts, each consisting of the delivery and commissioning of computer equipment intended for use in a medicinal facility, each involving: (1) the delivery of at least 10 computer posts in a medicinal facility, (2) the assembly and commissioning of equipment at the positions indicated by the contracting authority, (3) reception confirmed by the collection or references. (b) at least 1 order from among the ones referred to in point (a) which included the supply and assembly of at least 40 computer stations in the medicinal product.
