Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in proceedings concerning 7.1.2. technical or professional capacity may participate in the proceedings: The economic operator shall comply with the condition of professional capacity if it demonstrates that he has duly completed within the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period at least one delivery of a server or servers, with a value of at least PLN 500,000 gross.
Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in proceedings concerning 7.1.2. technical or professional capacity may participate in the proceedings: The contractor shall comply with the condition of professional capacity if he demonstrates that he has or will have a technical team, min. 3 persons, to perform the required services, which will include:
- At least 1 Data Storage Engineer – certified Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE) or equivalent.
- At least 1 SAN Network Engineer – certified Brocade Distinguished Architect (BDA) or equivalent.
- At least 1 LAN Engineer – certified Arista Cloud Engineer Level 7 (ACE L7) or equivalent.
