Supply of technical support services and purchase of additional LOG Plus software licenses

1. The subject of the order is: 1) delivery of licenses: (a) licenses for users/workers - 100 licenses, (b) licenses for ServiceDesk operators - 30 licenses, (c) licenses / Windows Desktop agents - 200 licenses, 2) providing the Orderer with access to the functionality of the Report Management module; 3) providing the Purchaser with access to the functionality of the Analystic desktop module introduced by the manufacturer as part of the generation 5.0 software LOG Plus; 4) Technical support of the manufacturer for the LOG system held by the Contracting Authority Plus with new licenses and modules referred to in paragraphs 1-3 above; 5) Contractors Technical Assistant 200 Working Hours. 2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are defined by: 2.1 Annex No 1 to the WWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract; 2.2 Annex No 2 to the WWZ – Model contract (The Contractor is obliged to complete the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract).
