The suitability is checked by information about the customer, including contact person, order amount and period of execution of the order on the reference sheet (Appendix 5). The information must demonstrate the following eligibility criteria: 1. implementation of at least two projects in the last five years for the determination of building heat losses in an area 2. implementation of at least one project in the last five years in Germany for the determination of building heat losses in an area 3. implementation of at least one project in the last three years for aerial photography under specific aviation or safety related conditions. This includes in particular flights in controlled airspace, in the vicinity of critical infrastructure, military properties or comparable areas with increased coordination and approval requirements. At least three references shall be provided. A reference can also be used to demonstrate several selection criteria. This shall be recorded in Appendix 5.

Personnel data (number of persons employed on average per year in the last three years) Management staff, if any, broken down by pay group. Such evidence shall be submitted on a separate request.

In the case of an order, the contractor must conclude a company liability insurance for personal injury in the amount of at least € 3 million and for other damages (property and property damage) in the amount of at least € 1 million. Until the start of the execution, the contractor shall provide proof that sufficient aviation liability insurance exists for the aircraft used in the performance. The insurance cover must include the commercial performance of the services entrusted.

Information Payment of taxes, duties and contributions to the statutory social insurance (proof: safety certificate of the tax office, the social funds or an exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG). Such evidence shall be submitted on a separate request.
