What the buyer wants
The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the reliable operation of Oracle software products used in the Czech Republic in the framework of the Information System of the Czech Republic. The purpose of this contract will be to provide the original technical support of the manufacturer by means of the "Oracle Customer Success Services" service, which is related to the "Oracle Premier Support" service, which the Oracle Premier Support service of the Czech Republic draws on under other contracts and which complements this service to the extent necessary. The purpose of this contract is to provide support for Oracle's software products, which the contracting entity legally uses and operates under other contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Software products'), through Oracle Customer Succes Services (CSS), i.e. aid granted by the Software Product manufacturer under the conditions laid down in the contract for 48 calendar months.
