When applying, a fully completed self-declaration must be submitted. When applying for lot 1, a project reference shall be submitted to demonstrate the suitability of the applicant’s company. This project reference must have been successfully provided under its own responsibility within the last five years. Only references of third parties must be submitted, 50Hertz references are not evaluated. The reference will include the delivery and support of voice communication systems and applications for companies classified as KRITIS according to the BSIG, covering all relevant project and product life stages. The reference shall be verifiable. The following information shall be submitted to check the project reference. The information must cover the minimum content mentioned in each case: name, scope, client, project period, contact person, description of the project, initial situation, objective, scope of services and responsibilities, naming the systems and applications of voice communication for which the bidders were responsible for commissioning and operating. The project reference must be submitted as an independent PDF document.

When applying, a fully completed self-declaration must be submitted.
