The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4D-STEM acquisition and data analysis software with installation and commissioning – according to the Procurement Subject Description (OPP) in accordance with Annex 3 to the SWZ. 3. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Technology, Chemical Faculty, I. Łukasiewicza 2, 50-371 Wrocław, Bud. A-11, pok. 12. 4. The item delivered must be brand new, complete and technically efficient. The statement ‘factory new’ shall mean the subject matter of the contract, not used before the day of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture. The subject-matter of the contract must be free of physical and legal defects and claims by third parties.
