Case No. 1 (10 points): the applicant will provide, for the last three years available, a statement of the total turnover of his company and the turnover (in value and not in percentage*) relating to services similar to those covered by the present contract carried out by his company. Specific level(s) required for proof No 1: the minimum total turnover required is six hundred and seventy-five thousand (675,000) euros (T.A.) per reference year. * No percentage statement will be taken into account in the overall assessment of justification #1.
2 (25 points): The applicant shall list the main services carried out in the last three (3) years in areas identical to those covered by this contract, indicating the number, amount and duration of the services similar to those covered by this contract. The candidate will limit the number of references provided to 10 and number them. Only the first 10 references will be analysed and, if not numbered, only the most recent 10. Not all references over 5 years will be included in the evaluation. Specific level(s) required for substantiation 2: None.
3 (25 points): The candidate will present, by means of the reply framework made available, the qualifications and professional qualifications of the managers of his company and of those responsible for the provision of services of the same nature as those covered by this invitation to tender. Specific level(s) required for substantiation 3: The candidate must justify at least the presence in his company of:
- Junior consultant: 2 and up to 3 years of experience
- Senior Consultant: 2 and more than 3 years of experience
- Manager/Mission Director: 2 and at least 10 years of experience
- Specialist consultant, able to be mobilized according to the nature of the study or the expertise sought: marketing, quantitative or qualitative studies, transformation, communication, digital health... 2 and more than 3 years of experience
- Project Manager Deployment / Junior Product Manager: 4 and up to 3 years of experience
- Project Manager Deployment / Senior Product Manager: 4 and more than 3 years of experience
- Junior Compliance Project Manager: 2 and up to 3 years of experience
- Senior Compliance Project Manager: 2 and more than 3 years of experience
