Economic operators and subcontractors submitting tenders must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, show that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, and that he has the professional ability to carry out the activities covered by the contract or part of the contract that they are to perform for subcontractors. How to demonstrate compliance with the requirement: the DUAE shall be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfilment of those assumed by the completion of the DUAE - The certificate of establishment issued by the National Office of the Trade Register - the subject of the contract shall have the corresponding in the CAEN code of the certificate of the finding, or in the case of foreign bidders, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, translated into Romanian, valid at the time of submission and shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderer ranked 1st in the intermediate ranking drawn up on completion of the evaluation of tenders.
