The implementation of services and the delivery of a power generator within the scope of the task of: Implementation of cyber security IT and OT in the Department of Municipal and Housing Economy in Kunów

To confirm compliance with the condition of participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity The Contracting Authority shall require for Part 1 that the Contractor demonstrate adequate experience, i.e. over the last 3 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter – during that period, he has performed, and in the case of recurrent or continuous services, he also performs at least two services in the implementation of IT services (the cybersecurity project with their implementation) with a value of not less than PLN 150,00 gross each. The Contracting Authority shall require a list of services performed and, in the case of services which are either repeated or continuous, also performed over the last 3 years, and if the period of activity is shorter - during that period, with the indication of their value, the subject, the dates of performance and the entities for which the services have been performed or performed, and with the addition of evidence indicating whether these services have been performed or are carried out properly, the evidence referred to shall be the references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services have been carried out, and in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, and if the Contractor is unable to obtain these documents for reasons beyond his control - the Contractor's statement; in the case of services which are repeated or continued references or other documents supporting their proper performance should be issued during the last 3 months - Annex No 8 to the Specification of the Procurement Conditions.

To confirm compliance with the condition of participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity The Contracting Authority shall require, for Part 1, that the Contracting Authority demonstrates that it has, or will have, personnel holding the following certificates/training/courses: 1)at least 2 persons with a valid certificate of the Auditor of the Safety Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent certificate, 2)at least 1 person with a valid certificate of the Auditor of the Continuity Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 22301 or equivalent certificate, 3)at least 1 person with a certificate of completion of a training or course in the field of network infrastructure penetration tests or equivalent competence confirmation, 4)at least 1 person with a certificate of completion of training or course in the field of attacks and defence techniques of electronic systems, or equivalent competence confirmation, 5)at least 1 person with a certificate of completion of training or course in the field of web application security testing or equivalent competence confirmation, 6)at least 1 person with a certificate of completion of training or training course in the field of comprehensive pentesting or equivalent competence, 7)at least 1 person with a certificate of completion of training or course in the field of web application security testing, 6)with equivalent competence or management or with equivalent training or management. The Contracting Authority shall require a list of persons directed by the Contractor to carry out the public contract, in particular those responsible for the provision of services, together with information on their professional qualifications, powers, experience and education necessary for the performance of the public contract, as well as the scope of their activities and information on the basis for the disposal of those persons - Annex 9 to the Specifications of Contract Terms.
