What the buyer wants
The purpose of this consultation is to automate and bring into conformity the electrical and safety EC of a PLASSYS-MP 450S cathode spraying machine which was acquired in 2002 by the FEMTO-ST Institute (UMR CNRS 6174). The upgrade of the MP 450S machine will make it possible to sustain this equipment by replacing the current system with a system with automata and control and supervision software, while automating key mechanical movements (cache, substrate holder, etc.).
This will include replacing some of its obsolete subsets. If necessary the equipment may be transferred to the licensee's premises for this upgrade. The transport of the equipment will then be the responsibility of the holder, who must specify in his offer the duration of unavailability resulting from this transfer. The equipment is intended for use in research projects within the FEMTO-ST MMENTO technology plant.
