The subject of the public contract is the modernisation of the hospital information system (NIS) in the form of an extension of functionalities. The more detailed terms of the public object are in the technical specification of the supply forming part C. of the procurement documents and in the draft contract, which constitutes part D. of the procurement documents. The public contract is not divided into parts. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into parts on the ground that the performance demanded constituted one functional whole - the hospital information system - and therefore these supplies cannot be distributed logically. To avoid doubt, the contracting authority explicitly states that the service is not part of the performance.
