What the buyer wants
The City of Vaxholm needs to sign a framework agreement with a supplier for the provision of a comprehensive solution for independent whistleblowing service for operations within the City of Vaxholm. The whistleblowing service shall include an appropriate and readily available reporting channel aimed at enabling employees and others who are in a work-related context to the municipality to report serious misconduct in any activity and which there is a public interest in their coming forward.
The service shall further include initial assessment of the qualification of cases received as whistleblower cases, recommendation on in-depth investigation and, where appropriate, the implementation of in-depth investigations. The municipality intends to enter into an agreement with a supplier for the provision of a comprehensive service for systems, assessment and investigation. The municipality adopts the most economically beneficial tender in accordance with the best price. The ceiling volume of the framework agreement including all options is SEK 4,000,000. The estimated contract start is 2027-01-01.
