When assessing technical and professional capacity, relevant experience and qualifications of the persons intended for the performance of the contract may be taken into account instead of company-related references, provided that they are actually available to the company for the specific provision of services.

This applies in particular to experience acquired by the person concerned from another undertaking, provided that he/she held a function relevant to the relevant suitability requirement and is intended for the performance of the tendered contract in a corresponding or comparable function.

To this end, the candidate or tenderer shall demonstrate the person concerned’s role in the reference performance as well as its intended role in the performance of the contract and shall demonstrate the actual availability of that person for the performance of the contract (e.g. by self-declaration or commitment).

If information or supporting documents relating to past periods (e.g. revenue for the last three financial years) are required to demonstrate economic and financial standing, their non-submission in the case of newly created companies shall not be harmful unless minimum requirements have been set.

Where minimum requirements have been set, newly created undertakings may demonstrate their economic and financial capacity by means of other appropriate evidence, provided that it can replace the required evidence under the relevant procurement rules.

Company references of the last 3 years - To perform the advertised service, the bidder must have at least 3 company references. Submit that includes the provision of AutoDesk licenses including maintenance. Comparable references are evaluated for which comparable services have been provided in the last 3 years. Minimum requirements for eligibility to be awarded: Three references for provided AutoDesk licenses incl. Care from the last 3 years. The reference task must be a comparable performance. Sales volume / Honor volume of at least. 175,000 euros annually.

Proof of Certificate - To perform the advertised service, the bidder must prove the certificate AutoDesk Partner (Autodesk Solution Provider).

Annual turnover of the last 3 financial years - Total turnover of the company in the last 3 financial years. Minimum requirement for the total turnover per financial year is 175,000 euros.
