Requirement of technical-vocational capacity (art. 100, paragraph 1, letter c), of the Code): to have performed, in the last ten years from the date of indirection of the procedure of contest, one or more contracts (intention, each, as the only negotiating source), in favor of public and/or private subjects, subject to the provision of business information services through a computer platform accessible via the internet, from which is obtained a total turnover not less than 500.00
