Uprawnienia do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów Wykonawca musi wykazać, że: a) Posiada ważny wpis do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców Telekomunikacyjnych (RPT), o którym mowa w art. 6 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. – Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1221), w zakresie w zakresie dostarczania publicznych sieci telekomunikacyjnych lub świadczenia publicznie dostępnych usług telekomunikacyjnych.
Zdolność techniczna lub zawodowa Wykonawca musi wykazać, że: a) W okresie ostatnich trzech (3) lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert wykonał, a w przypadku świadczeń okresowych lub ciągłych również wykonuje, co najmniej trzy (3) usługi polegające na świadczeniu usług telefonii komórkowej w zakresie połączeń głosowych, transmisji danych oraz dostawy telefonów i modemów, każda o wartości nie mniejszej niż 100 tys. zł netto.
