What the buyer wants
- The subject of the order is the delivery of the server to the Koszalin University of Technology (used – refurbished/renewed) in the range specified in the SWZ and the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
- The detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the minimum technical requirements are given in Annex 2 to the WWZ.
- The Contractor requires the Contractor to provide information in the price form enabling the Orderer to identify the subject of the order offered: manufacturer, type/model of the device, processor, graphics card, network card, HDD controller, hard drive controller. In the absence of an indication of the data enabling the Contracting Authority to identify the object of the contract offered, the tender will be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPO Act.
- The Contractor is obliged to supply the device which is the subject of this proceeding at his own expense in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.
- The important provisions of the agreement have been concluded with a draft agreement, which is attached to Appendix 5 to the WWZ.

- Pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania Wykonawcy, o ile ofertę składa pełnomocnik, (jeśli dotyczy) - w postaci elektronicznej w postaci elektronicznej, opatrzony kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym lub podpisem zaufanym lub podpisem osobistym osoby/osób upoważnionej/upoważnionych do udzielania pełnomocnictwa;
- W przypadku, gdy Wykonawca będzie dysponował jedynie pełnomocnictwem w formie pisemnej, składa je w formie elektronicznego poświadczenia zgodności odpisu, wyciągu lub kopii z okazanym dokumentem, które notariusz opatruje kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym (art. 97 § 2 Prawa o notariacie). Wówczas do oferty w formie elektronicznej należy dołączyć odpis pełnomocnictwa sporządzony przez notariusza w formie elektronicznej.
