3.3.1. Participants must have performed activities with a subject matter identical or similar to the subject matter of the procurement during the last 3 (three) years, calculated from the date of submission of the tender. Activities "similar" to the subject matter of the procurement shall be understood as the supply and/or implementation of a license for specialized software used for engineering, technical, scientific, simulation, analytical, or research purposes, regardless of the specific field of application. A "completed activity" shall be understood as one that was performed/completed within the aforementioned three-year period, calculated from the date of submission of the tender, regardless of the contract conclusion date. This circumstance is certified by a bilaterally signed acceptance protocol for the delivery performed, a reference for good performance, and/or another appropriate document demonstrating the execution and scope of the activities covered by the contract. Under the conditions of Art. 67, Para. 5 or Art. 112, Para. 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the participant proves compliance with the set requirement by submitting a list of deliveries that are identical or similar to the subject matter of the public procurement, indicating the values, dates, and recipients, together with documents proving the delivery performed.
