The participant should have carried out activities with an object and volume identical to or similar to those of the order for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender (Art. 63, para 1, item 1 (b) of the Public Procurement Act). Minimum requirement: In the last three years, as from the date of submission of the tender, the participant has completed at least one activity with an object identical to or similar to those of the present procurement. * The activities carried out shall be understood as those which, irrespective of their date of initiation, have been completed by the date of submission of the tender. ** Under the activity of an object identical to or similar to that of the present public contract, the delivery and deployment of IT products/hardware shall be understood. The contracting authority shall not set volume requirements. The participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by reference to the information in Section C of Part IV: Upon request by the contracting authority, in the cases referred to in Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act and upon conclusion of a contract for proof of compliance with the set selection criterion, the participant shall provide List of supplies identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract, c indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with proof of delivery, (Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act).
