The purpose of the order is to provide delivery and installation of a sound unit storage array for the needs of the Bulgarian National Radio, designed to ensure the reliable, secure and long-term storage of the digital sound archive and compatible for operation with the existing NOA mediArc system. The performance of the contract will increase the reliability, capacity and failure of the infrastructure for the storage of sound units, ensure the continuity of the working processes for storage and management of the archive content and ensure the protection and accessibility of the sound assets of BNR in the long term. Delivery, installation, configuration, integration, functional testing and commissioning of the sound unit storage array and guarantee responsibility of the equipment provided should be realised in the implementation of this procurement. Participants should ensure: - Compatibility of the proposed technique with the NOA mediArc system used by the Contracting Party; - Complete functionality and integration with the existing environment without the need for additional components; -The Participant will accept the delivery only subject to full compatibility of all components of the delivered technique with the existing system. -The participant should submit to its technical proposal a declaration of compatibility under model No 1.1. in which to declare that the equipment offered meets the requirements laid down in the technical specification and confirming that the proposed array is fully compatible with the existing Olympic Airways mediArc system and can be integrated without the need to replace, reinstall or material change of the available infrastructure and that the integration thus carried out will not result in the risk of loss of data, incompatibility, interruption of the working process or limitation of access to the already created archive content. The The documents of participants in the procurement will not be considered which have not applied to their technical proposal a declaration of compatibility (Model No 1.1.).
