Minimum requirements: The participant must have carried out activities with an object and volume identical or similar to those of the contract for the last three years from the date of submission of the tender. *Under identical or similar object to understand delivery, implementation, integration and maintenance of 1 number of electronic signature system A document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section C: EEDOP technical and professional capabilities - Under the conditions of Art. 67, para 5 and para 112 of the Public Procurement Act, a list of services which are identical or similar to the subject of the order, period of execution, recipients and value shall be presented together with evidence of the services performed.

Minimum requirements: Not less than two specialists certified for implementation, integration and maintenance of an electronic signature system Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section C shall be completed when submitting the tender: Technical and professional capabilities, specifying a list of the staff to perform the order, which indicates the professional competence of the persons; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Office shall be presented a list of the staff to carry out the contract, which shall indicate the professional competence of the persons and documents which prove the professional competence of the persons.

Minimum requirements: Apply a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with a range corresponding to the subject-matter of this procurement. Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section D shall be completed upon submission of a tender: Quality assurance standards; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall be presented with a certified copy of a valid certificate EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with a scope corresponding to the subject-matter of this contract, or relevant evidence under Art. 64, para 6, para 7 and para 8 of the Public Procurement Act.
