What the buyer wants

The solution package will be introduced in Heka and Heka's daughter, Wärtsilä Oy Laivalahdentori. The goal is a so-called software solution that covers the needs of Heika. Heka acquires a solution as a Saas service, where the supplier is responsible for providing a system service that meets the needs of Heka as an overall service, including the necessary software licenses and access rights, server environment and capacity and performance, and support, maintenance and service management related to system timeliness and security. The subject-matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The contract is first fixed-term for two (2) years and, after the fixed-term contract period, the contract remains valid for an indefinite period.
