What the buyer wants
The acquisition involves the provision, development and maintenance of the occupational safety system for the City of Vantaa as a software service (Saas) in accordance with the tender documents. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 2.1 to the invitation to tender, the description of the subject matter and in Annex 2.2 to the invitation to tender, the specification of the requirements and its subsets. The acquisition seeks one (1) SaaS provider with overall responsibility. The acquisition is for a preliminary solution. The overall service shall include the necessary interfaces, programs, equipment, equipment software, licences and maintenance and support services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The service according to the specification must be available within the time frame set out in the procurement documents. A procuring entity shall not commit itself to the total estimated value of the contract or to any specified quantities in the contract notice during the contract period. The contract does not constitute an exclusive right for the selected supplier to supply the subject matter of the contract. The Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period.
