Acquisition of electronic time reservation system for military services

The acquisition is aimed at an electronic local time reservation software service (later Software Service). The software service allows users of the service, in line with national developments, to reserve, cancel, transfer and confirm periods, as well as to review the designated times (including on behalf of-service). The services covered by the timeshare system will expand in the Eastern-Uusimaa well-being area to include basic health care, oral health care and social care. In the Eastern-Uusimaa well-being area, the electronic time reservation has been used for limited services, but now that the region has moved to use only one supplier's customer and patient information system (Information / Lifecare) service is to be extended. It is planned to introduce time-booking facilities in primary, oral and social care. An electronic appointment is intended to free the time of professionals from the phone, as well as to facilitate customer handling when time can be booked regardless of time and place. The estimated value of the acquisition free of VAT calculated in accordance with the Procurement Act for the contract period including software service, commissioning, expert services and options is EUR 600 000.00 (€). The period of validity of the contract shall be two (2) years, renewable for an indefinite period.
