What the buyer wants
PROJECT The aim of the acquisition is a remote digital newspaper and magazine service, which includes a common set of visual magazines and user interface for the use of magazines, browsing, searching and reading, and related support services for all local authorities. The user identification of the service takes place with IP addresses or library card and password. See Annex 1 to the invitation to tender for a more detailed description of the subject of the procurement. This acquisition is part of the material acquisition of the FinELibs consortium. Local authorities are public libraries, universities, polytechnics and research institutes which are members of the consortium. All local units are listed in the Annex 7. On the basis of the competition, a single (1) service provider will be selected, which will be responsible for the provision of a digital newspaper and magazine service, which will be remotely used as a whole. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period shall be two (2) years. The contracting entity shall be entitled to extend the term of the contract for a period not exceeding two (2) years under the terms of the contract. See also "Validity of the contract 'in Annex A to the invitation to tender. PROJECT SCOPE The estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 915 000 to EUR 1 090 000 (VAT 0%) including the option period. The maximum value of the acquisition is EUR 1 090 000 (VAT 0%). These figures are based on estimates of the use of the framework agreement from the local authorities. The maximum value of the framework agreement has been calculated for 4 years.
