Fingrid Oyj and Fingrid's subsidiary Datahub Oy establish a dynamic purchasing system for the acquisition of expert services related to software development, maintenance, testing and management. During a dynamic purchasing system, all tenderers interested in the procurement may apply for participation in the system by fulfilling the minimum requirements set by the contracting entity. Competition between authorised suppliers in the procurement system will be carried out by means of internal, streamlined tenders. Within the dynamic procurement, the subscriber acquires software development, maintenance, testing and appropriate expert resources and services for managing them, both within the Client's systems and services, and for services used by Client's customers and stakeholders. The subscriber develops and maintains information systems and data related to the development and management of the Finnish electricity transmission network.
