Registration in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or, for persons based in other Member States, in one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex II.11 to the Code for a relevant activity even if it does not coincide with the subject of the contract;
In the ten years prior to the publication of the call for tender, two or more contracts for the supply of ELK goods and services and/or for the support and maintenance of solutions based on the ELK suite of total value equal to at least € 300.000,00 (excluding VAT). At least one of the contracts must have value not less than € 100.000,00. At the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders, each of the contracts must be carried out for a period not less than one year. It will be considered the value of contracts and not the value of turnover.
