What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the EGiB database adjustment service for registration units 120803 2.0011 Wierzbica and 120805 4,0001 Miechów to the current conceptual model in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records (i.e. Dz. U. of 2024 item 219; amended by: Dz. U. of 2024 item 1954), improved consistency of the descriptive and geometric part of the database, removal of identified inconsistencies and preparation of data for the supply of the Ordering Information System. The subject-matter of the contract shall also include the drawing up of technical documentation enabling reasonable changes to the EGIB database. 2. The detailed scope of the service is determined by the Description of the subject matter of the contract consisting of ‘Technical conditions’ with the Annexes (Annex No 8 to the WWZ) and the model contract (Annex No 3).
