What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the order is processing - scanning analog materials of the state geodesic and cartographic resource (pzgik) to digital form about 300 current meters. Due to the approximate information on the number of analog scan material, The purchaser accepted the current metro unit as the number of topographic and cartographic materials in A1 formats, which is located on a shelf with a length of 1 m. Material type: maps, carbons, originals, diapositives, metrics, photomaps, photos (paper), lists of names, name calcs, height point calcs. The above analogue materials mainly contain A1 documents and may contain documents in other formats, including, inter alia, A4, A5 and non-formatal materials. 2. Acquire and create metadata describing data sets on topographic maps. 3. Development of indexes for processed materials. 4. The technical report on the work carried out as referred to in points 1, 2, 3. 5. Detailed Description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the EGM.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przetworzenie - zeskanowanie analogowych materiałów państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego (pzgik) do postaci cyfrowej około 300 metrów bieżących. Ze względu na przybliżoną informację o liczbie analogowych materiałów pzgik przeznaczonych do skanowania, Zamawiający przyjął do wyliczenia jednostkę metra bieżącego jako liczbę materiałów topograficznych i kartograficznych w formatach A1, jaka mieści się na półce o długości 1 m. Rodzaj materiałów: mapy, kalki, pierworysy, diapozytywy, metryki, fotomapy, zdjęcia (papier), wykazy nazw, kalki nazw, kalki punktów wysokościowych. Wymienione powyżej analogowe materiały zawierają głównie dokumenty w formacie A1 oraz mogą zawierać dokumenty w innych formatach, w tym między innymi w formacie A4, A5 i materiały nieformatywne. 2. Pozyskanie i stworzenie metadanych opisujących zbiory danych dotyczące map topograficznych. 3. Opracowanie skorowidzów dla przetworzonych materiałów. 4. Sprawozdanie techniczne z wykonanych prac, o których mowa w pkt 1, 2, 3. 5. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
