What the buyer wants
Keva (later also Client) requests offers for Adobe rights of use and related distribution and management services. In addition to the rights defined in the description of the subject of the acquisition, it must be possible to order other Adobe rights during the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to any quantities. One service provider shall be selected on the basis of the invitation to tender. The agreement is valid for a fixed period of thirty-six (36) months. After a fixed-term contract period, the contract shall remain in force for an indefinite period.
