The bidder must declare that it is itself the manufacturer of the corresponding software components or that it is authorized by the manufacturer to distribute and adapt the components necessary for the performance of this order.

The bidder must appoint one or more project managers. This/r must meet at least the following requirements: • Is in a standing employment relationship or a work contract relationship • Must have a relevant professional experience of at least. 5 years as part of IT projects, of which at least. 1 year in the field of ALKIS process solution. In addition, at least. 2 out of 5 years in a senior position. • Negotiating reliable knowledge of German in words and writing. The deputy must have a relevant professional experience of at least 3 years and be in a maintenance or contractual relationship. Evidence must be provided by submitting the completed Appendix 4 E.2.2. Qualification and experience Project Manager and Deputy (see procurement documents). The economic performance is only given if the bidder has a current credit report (not older than 6 months at the time of placing the order) of a credit institution located in Germany or another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement, confirming that the bidder is creditworthy, not over-indebted and not at risk of bankruptcy.

The applicant must provide a presentation of the annual turnover and the turnover development of the last three completed financial years, provided that the services are comparable to the service to be awarded. The net turnover per financial year must be given; the net turnover must correspond on average to at least EUR 250,000 per financial year during this period. Of these, EUR 150,000 turnover must be related to the contract subject "ALKIS procedural solution" (Appendix 4E1.1 Turnover figures for the last 3 financial years (net) are included in the award documents.)

Providers must enclose a current extract from the commercial register or a comparable certificate in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the company is established. It shall be confirmed that no matters requiring registration have occurred since the date of issue. A separate proof of this shall be provided.
