We have a company liability insurance for activities that are the subject of this order. Minimum Requirement The coverage amount per claim must be at least 2.000.000,- EUR for personal, property and property damages. The existence of an occupational liability insurance to cover damages from activities that are the subject of the advertised contract must be demonstrated. If applicants do not yet have a company liability insurance with the required cover sums at the time of submission of the offer, the binding declaration of an insurance company (e.g. an offer) is sufficient to provide the applicant with the required insurance protection in the case of an order.

References Minimum requirements: At least three appropriate references from the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders shall be provided. A reference is suitable if it fully meets the following three characteristics:

• Sale / Lease Atlassian licenses
• Support by telephone and ticket for the Atlassian licenses
• Order volume greater than Euro 250,000.00 (net)

Self-declaration of the quality assurance measures in the tenderer’s company. Minimum standard: The bidder must meet the certification according to ISO 9001:2015.

Self-declaration on whether and in respect of which parts of the service subcontracting is envisaged, indicating the subcontractors; if this is already possible.
