Submission of a company profile or other meaningful information about the tenderer

Self-declaration on the total turnover of the applicant company and the turnover from services comparable to the subject-matter or parts thereof, in each case in relation to the last 3 financial years. If an applicant has not been active on the market for such a long time, he/she submits a business plan for the missing years. Non-accounting entities shall present a certified income statement for the last three years.

Proof of the liability and ownership of the tenderer by providing an extract from the commercial register of the country of origin, which must not be older than three months at the time of the expiry of the deadline for the submission of applications; this requirement shall not apply in the case of non-registered partnerships or other non-registered companies.

Self-declaration that no insolvency proceedings or similar legally regulated proceedings have been opened, the opening has been requested or the application has been rejected due to lack of mass.

Self-declaration that the bidder is not in liquidation.

Self-declaration that the applicant has not been convicted or has been fined against him for a criminal offence pursuant to § 123 GWB.

Self-declaration that the applicant has not committed any other serious misconduct in the course of his professional activity that calls into question his reliability in accordance with § 124 GWB.

Self-declaration that the applicant properly fulfils his obligations to pay taxes and duties as well as contributions to the statutory social and health insurance.

Self-declaration that the candidate has not been guilty of false declarations or has unjustifiably failed to provide such information in the procurement procedure.

Proof of registration as operator of public telecommunications networks within the meaning of § 3 No. 27 Telecommunications Act (TKG) with the BNetzA.
