    Beschaffung und Montage von ePaper-Displays: Der Bieter beschafft für die ertüchtigten Haltestellen (ca. 172 Standorte aus Los 1 + weitere ca. 40 als Option) ePaper-Displays mit ca. 13" Bildschirmdiagonale und Stromversorgung über Wechselbatterie inkl. der benötigten Halterungen für die Montage an den Haltestellenmasten. Die Displays müssen von einer unabhängigen Softwarelösung mit Daten versorgt werden können (frei zugängliche Schnittstelle). Neben der Hardware-Beschaffung übernimmt der Bieter die Montage der Displays und trägt Sorge für deren Wartung und Instandhaltung für einen Nutzungszeitraum von 10 Jahren. Für die Datenversorgung der ePaper-Displays ist deren Ausstattung mit SIM-Karten anzubieten. Im Falle von Defekten oder Vandalismus sind Ersatzgeräte im Rahmen des Wartungsvertrages bereitzustellen.

    Bereitstellung einer Hintergrundsoftware für ePaper-Displays: Der Bieter stellt eine hardwareherstellerunabhängige Hintergrundsoftware für den Betrieb von Fahrgastinformationen auf den ePaper-Displays (siehe Los 2) bereit. Diese Software steuert die Datenversorgung und ist zentraler Datenbroker für Echtzeitdaten (Ist-Abfahrtszeiten) und die Geräteüberwachung (Batteriestände, Störungen, etc.). Die Software ist zentrales Content-Management-System für die Inhaltsbereitstellung auf Ausgabemedien der Fahrgastinformationen. Die Software sollte über eine Differenzierung von Rollen und Zugriffsrechten für verschiedene Nutzer(-gruppen) verfügen. Zusätzlich leistet der Bieter die Schulung für die Mitarbeitenden des ZPS und ggf. von Verkehrsunternehmen für die Nutzung der Software und trägt Sorge für Updates und technischen Support für einen Nutzungszeitraum von 10 Jahren.
